Hello Everyone
A group of us are in the process of starting an multi institutional web based education teaching program in ophthalmology. While we are putting this fairly extensive program together, we are want to create a survey to get a pre course assessment of the audience on their feelings about web based teaching (most have been exposed in some form or other) and then also administer a survey following the course to judge its effectiveness
I was wondering
a) you could provide feedback/ suggestions on the type and format of pre and post course questions one may ask
b) are there resources, publications in this area which could guide me in creating these surveys OR
a) anyone who would be willing to share a pre existing survey template that they might have
