Hello,

I am a teacher at a public high school in CT and have taught science at the school for 30 years.

I am currently enrolled in an educational leadership program and am interested in learning more about how you address in school suspensions. Our principal is in the process of reviewing various policies that would allow students to stay in class, instead of being placed in ISS for breaking school policies. Any suggestions for alternate consequences would be appreciated.
