Dear FLEXspace friends and colleagues,

Attached is the outline of a plan for the production launch of the FLEXspace service.  Their is a fair amount to do to get this service ready for the release of version 1.0.  However, given the interest expressed nationally, it should be relatively easy to find a dedicated and enthusiastic group of stakeholders to assume the role of the provisional governance body and ultimately the permanent board.

This outline will be an important road map for upcoming discussions among the founding players and those that are interested in helping the vision for the project be realized.
