My name is Deborah Clemens and I am an Instructional Designer at Excelsior College.  My background is in Education.  I am also an adjunct both here at Excelsior and beginning in January at The College of Saint Rose.  At Excelsior, I teach incoming faculty adult learning theory and how to teach online.  At St. Rose, I will be teaching graduate students a course on integrating the WWW/Internet into the curriculum.

I am looking forward to learning more about Merlot.
