Introduction

Hello.

My name is Heather Payne and my current full-time position is Director of Institutional Effectiveness. I handle all the accreditation, regulatory compliance and publications for City College which has five campuses in Florida. I have an MBA and teach Small Business Management online. I also have a Masters in Library and Information Science with 14 years experience as a library director and reference librarian.

I am busy right now as all five of my campuses are going through initial accreditation visits and I am teaching this term.

I am enjoying GRAPE camp and am looking forward to this week's assignment.
