I posted this information in the Learner Analytics general discussion forum, but am posting here to ask whether anyone else is interested.

Fresno State is considering submitting a proposal for the Learner Analytics call focusing on expanding our Improving Student Writing
Initiative using ETS' online Criterion program. Criterion is an online
writing program that we have been piloting since Spring 2010 with
approximately 5-7000 students.

We have done some data analysis that demonstrate that Criterion use has
resulted in writing improvements. We hope to link the results to an
eportfolio product and involve a feeder high school and Fresno City
College as partners.
