CSU MTE-P Convening II - January 2016

Good morning colleagues,

We are excited for the CSU MTE-P members to convene in January once again so we may continue the conversations and collective research to improve our secondary math teacher preparation.

We will meet at the CSU Fullerton - Irvine campus on Wednesday January 27, 2016 from 10:00-5:00 pm. Ed Dickey, from the University of South Carolina, will be our special guest. He was an initial member of the Recruitment RAC, and now is one of the leaders of the STRIDES (retention) RAC.

The closest airport is Orange County John Wayne (SNA) about 10 minutes away; folks may also fly into Long Beach (LGB), about a 40 minute drive. Uber does pick up at John Wayne.

Closest hotel (walking distance) is Doubletree Hotel Irvine Spectrum (90 Pacifica, Irvine). They have an airport shuttle to OC John Wayne airport.
