Thanks Brittany. I tired what you said. It appears that the group feature only randomizes questions placed in a group.
I want the answers within questions to randomize. For example, I created a matching question with 10 items. The items should change each time the question is used. Instead, the 5th Amendment (A) is always matched with its phrasing (2). I am concerned that students may just learn the pattern (A=2) instead of the rights protected by the 5th. If they do that, the students won't be able to identify the Bill of Rights on the actual test.
Am I wrong on how Soft Chalk works? I appreciate the help.
Unfortunately, you are correct. SoftChalk doesn't offer the option to randomize the answers within questions, except for the crossword puzzle activity. I will be sure to pass this information on to our development team. They're always looking for new features to include in the next version.
