- I am an online adjunct professor for numerous online programs teaching business law and criminal law. I have started several distance education projects for the federal government in DoD and DHS. I am CEO of Law Prep Online, Inc. which develops online presentations and maintains both www.lawpreponline.com and www.lawclassonline.com.
