We will be having a meeting soon to go over what we will be doing for our part of the presentation. What they want us to also do is prepare a poster to bring as well. It will be similar to the ones in the office but will be more personalized to what we have been doing. I think we should set up a time to plan this out and get things rolling since the conference is fast approaching.
