I am contacting you to ask your help in identifying someone who would like to work for Kuwait University through the Kuwait Consulate in Los Angelos. It is a high level, new position developing and directing a center for Kuwaitte students studying in the states (I would guess mostly California). Salary is negotiable and depends on qualifications. Other hires are needed as well in an advising capacity.

The request is from the Assistant VP for Academic Affairs and Professional Development from Kuwait University who has been appointed the Cultural Attache in LA. We became friends when he invited me to consult in Kuwait with the goal of developing a proposal for a Learning Center there (which I did).
