Describe your role in education

I work in a unit called the Office of Instruction and Assessment (OIA). The purpose of this unit is to provide resources and support to people involved in instructional activities at the university. My area of focus is online/hybrid courses and the use of technology. I teach a graduate-level course in an academic certificate program in college teaching, facilitate workshops and mini-courses, as well as consult individually with instructors on course design, teaching practices, and development of human-computer interactions for learning.
