Describe your role in education
In the classroom I teach biochemistry (lecture and laboratory) to our undergraduate and graduate students. I am involved in our College of Science & Mathematics, NSF-sponsored WIDER grant, as a member of the Chemistry Department faculty learning community. I am also a recent cohort member of the DISCOVERe program to incorporate the use of tablets in teaching, and the eScholars program to develop an on-line scientific writing and communication course.
