I am a Program Manager at the University of the West Indies Open Campus with responsibilities for overseeing the delivery of assigned programmes in the Programme Delivery Department. Major responsibilities include:
 Planning for course offerings
 Manage Delivery Personnel (staffing)
 Provide leadership to CCs & Tutors
 Manage students’ support
 Manage course delivery
 Engage in other departmental activities .
