Describe your role in education

I am the Director of Online Education and Education Technology at Housatonic Community College. As the director I oversee our LMS and all of the online courses, hybrid, and web enhanced courses. I also develop and design the courses. In addition, I teach in higher ed at another higher ed institution online.
