Describe your role in education: I have had a number of roles in higher education: instructional media director and dean of learning resources & distance ed in a community college, director of instructional technology for the Oklahoma State System, then eventually Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs. I was also Interim Chancellor for a short time. In all my roles, I have always been an advocate for using technology & innovative practices.

This is the time of the year when I give in & convince myself that crabgrass is ok - it is green, soft, and easy to grow. Surely there is some kind of survival of the fittest thing going on, so why fight it?
