How are other universities compensating faculty to develop a fully online or hybrid courses?

I'd really appreciate your thoughts and policies for compensating faculty for developing online courses.  Do your faculty receive extra pay for developing online courses?   If so, how much and what are "course assets" you pay for?  Thanks for your input!
