Describe your role in education: Elementary, middle and high school science teaching (actually in reverse chronological order) from 1981-1990.
1990-1993 and 1999-2001 served two California counties as Coordinator for Science and Mathematics, offering professional development for K-12 teachers and administrators, generally related to new curriculum frameworks and teaching materials. During this time I assisted the California Science Implementation Network.
Research associate for Far West Regional Eisenhower Regional Consortium from 1994-1996 which involved program development, coordination, consultation and delivery pf professional development.
University science teacher educator from 1999 to present.
