You know the child we discussed at our dinner meeting? His mother sent an email to our director retracting her permission for us to videotape him and show the tapes to Child Find. It was a very legalistic, impersonal letter. So our director finally told her that she would "help her find another school". We did all we could. It's very sad. The boy needed a team united to help him, but the Mom was not able to participate.

It would be good to get a discussion going about this kind of thing.
