I have done Hybrids for a couple of years, and am now diving into totally online teaching. I am working on a 12 week course on Infant and Toddler Programs for Nova. Has anyone else taught this, or anything like it, online? Any suggestions? Gail

Autism Speaks is a site by the American Academy of Pediatrics for which you can register to view video clips comparing typically developing children with children on the autistic spectrum. An excellent teaching tool for students. It allows them to see the subtle differences in very young children for themselves.

This webcast from Reading Rockets is a terrific overview of early literacy, including the crucial relationship between oral language and later reading achievement. It includes Todd Risley, the co-author of Meaningful Differences in the Everyday Lives of Young American Children. http://www.readingrockets.org/webcasts/1002#videotape
