Lesson Plans for Virtual Physics Labs

This will hopefully become a collection of lesson plans that use the websites featured on MERLOT. Lessons will all try to have descriptions/modifications for EL learners, advanced learners and classroom management issues to watch out for. Most should have additional worksheets that are ready for use or for you to modify and make your own.

This first lesson is on graphing motion-not always the easiest of concepts for students to understand. It focuses students matching motion animation to graphical representations of motion.

Katie - nice work! The lesson plan includes useful information for a first time user of the material. I like that you include worksheets for different level students as physics teachers could use this activity in multiple levels of physics. I look forward to seeing what else you and Meredith add to this site.
