To improve the affordability of workforce development programs across all industry sectors by enabling easy access of existing no-cost and low-cost curriculum, such as free and open textbooks, that complements TAACCCT OER. The SkillsCommons Open Online Library for Education provides a “one-stop shop” for these complementary resources.
